Rain-out and Cancellation Policies

 

Cancellations:

Any golf package may be cancelled up to five days prior to the planned date of arrival. A $25 processing fee per person will be imposed. For cancellations received less than five days prior to the planned arrival date, Tee Times USA reserves the right to impose a penalty of up to 100 percent on all money collected (as various hotels have different cancellation policies that we must honor). There are just a few exceptions to this policy. Ask your Tee Times USA representative if the accommodations option you have chosen has a stricter cancellation policy other than that stated here.

 

Rainouts:

Rainouts are fully reimbursed. Simply call the golf course or Tee Times USA well before play is scheduled if the weather seems less than ideal on your day of play. If your round is officially declared a rainout by the proshop and you have complied with the rain-out policy stated on your voucher, you will be reimbursed in full. Please note, there are very few golf courses that do not comply with our policy of full reimbursement. If you have chosen a golf course that takes exception to our rule, this will be clearly stated on your voucher.
